FREE Ground Shipping – Over $70 USD : 3-10 business days

We’re happy to offer Free Ground Shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $70 Orders sent by UPS Ground Shipping usually arrive within 3-10 business days from the shipped date. For orders under $70 USD please refer to the shipping costs below.

Most orders will be scheduled to ship out on the day your order was purchased excluding holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), however some orders may take up to 24-72 hours to process. *Saturday delivery is only available once your order has been placed on Friday with extra charge.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you decide because once it’s out of our hands we will not be responsible. You would have to contact the courier service.

Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Orders placed after 2 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) or holidays are shipped the next following business day. Orders placed on the weekends will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

We ship orders to all US states and territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting “Order Status.”

Fashion Forward online store is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by natural disasters or severe weather cases. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

In any situation UPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, Fashion Forward is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in cases like these due to failed delivery.
